Weeks 4–16: Master Advanced Movements
Developing strength, control, and perfect technique on your key lifts. Learn complex movements like: Squats: Master low bar and high bar squat positioning.
Deadlifts: Perfect traditional, sumo, Romanian, and deficit deadlift variations.
Bench Press: Achieve optimal form and efficiency: Smith machine, rack press, kettle press and dumbbell/barbell press.
Understand constant tension and how to control every exercise, avoiding free-fall mechanics and maximizing muscle tensions/activation. Master weight distribution, grip strength, and center of gravity for safe and effective lifting.
Learn injury prevention techniques and build a resilient body ready to handle extended gaming sessions. This program equips corporates to move better, feel stronger, and train smarter while eliminating common pains like back, neck, and wrist discomfort.
